Q: What is your return policy? A: Prior authorization is required for all returns by calling our customer service department at 800-591-8904. Product must be in the original packaging and be in re-sellable condition. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip. Damaged or missing pieces will be rectified with either replacement parts or items at no charge. All returns shipping charges will be at costumer's expense. Refunds will be credited back via the same payment form, for online orders this is usually credit card. No cash refunds will be processed on web orders. Q: How will product(s) be shipped? A: All orders will be shipped via UPS within 3 business days of receipt. UPS does not consider Saturday, Sunday or holidays as business days. Q: Why am I being charged twice for shipping? A: Sometimes two shipping charges may show up when processing your order because the items you ordered my be sent from different warehouses. All of the Orchard Toys merchandise is stored in our Conneticut warehouse while the Galt, Melissa and Doug, and Green Toys merchandise is stored in our California warehouse. When items are shipped from both locations two shipping charges will appear. Please call customer service at 1-800-591-8904 with any questions.
